Our client based in Truganina is looking for an experienced Admin all rounder to work in a Pharmaceutical Warehouse in Truganina. Shift details: Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm $30.10 Monday to Friday roster - must be flexiable with start time and open to OT Responsibilities include but not limited to;
Cross checking of purchase orders despatch of goods in a timely manner.
Attending to customer service inquiries via phone and email
Stock transfer procedures
Using SAP software
Allocating instructions for 3PL drivers
Using Pallet jack
Operating Tugger - running pallets
Lifting up to 15-20kg
Palletising
Labelling
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
Prior experience using SAP is highly desirable
Admin experience required
Basic MS Office exposure (Word Excel)
