Job Description:

Full time, fixed term (LSL backfill position, commencing late June 2024 for 5 months) About the Role You are primarily responsible for the administrative support to the Directors of Haematology and Microbiology within St Vincent?s Pathology and the operations of their relevant teams. You will be accountable for providing clerical and administrative support to these senior staff and their departments to ensure the effective running and to ensure they achieve their strategic goals.
Duties include:
Manage proactively the Directors of Haematology and Microbiology diaries, communications (including with government agencies for legislative compliance, correspondence/results, appointments, plan/schedule internal/external meetings/functions/work travel arrangements as required
Prepare reports/agendas and take/draft minutes for relevant meetings and committees
Perform general administrative/clerical tasks
