Recruitment 24/7 currently has an opportunity for a Business Development Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding, Ipswich-based team.
This is a full-time permanent position, working the hours of 8:24 am to 4:30 pm (38 hour week). No weekend or after hours work required.
Ideally, we are seeking an experienced person, however, we are willing to consider applicants with a willingness to learn the role and industry.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing an registering candidates.
Management and booking of candidate interviews and work placements.
Ability to form and maintain client relationships from an existing client data base.
Marketing and business development.
Establishing and building relationships with new businesses.
Souricng vacancies.
Site visits & workplace health and safety inspections.
