About the team
The team sits within Fleet Strategy and improvement which has the responsibility for planning for future fleet requirements, conducting replacement demand analysis and defining replacement policies to inform fleet procurement.
About your new role
We're seeking someone to coordinate and lead our IVMS and Carpool teams and warranting the management and optimisation of Fleet systems and processes. The position will liaise closely with the Senior leadership Team, all internal customers of Fleet and external suppliers.
Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Management and optimisation of Fleet systems and processes
Delivering on KPIs set by the Senior Leadership Team
Ensuring all Operations under Fleet business adhere to a high level of WH&S and identifying and implementing improvements
Responsibility for the maintenance and continuous improvement of policies including associated procedures and processes pertaining to the business unit
