A luxury automotive brand with a great opportunity for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their existing team. You will deliver growth plans and achieve organisational performance through creating public awareness and customer focus across the brand. You will lead a commercially focused New Vehicles Sales team to promote the brand image of the company in order to increase sales and enhance the customer experience within the dealership.
Key responsabilities
Develop and execute strategies to support the achievement of business plans, targets, budgets and KPI?s.
Manage new vehicles sales processes and activities.
Maintain appropriate stock levels of demonstrator and service loan vehicles.
Actively support the marketing team with new model launches and events.
Devise and implement daily and weekly team roster.
Lead, motivate and develop the sales team.
Lead by example, coach and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure that all team members have agreed monthly/quarterly/annual objectives
