Duties
- Plan, review, and analyse accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and compliance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Assist management in preparing the annual budget.
- Assessing financial risks and growth opportunities
- Making presentations and recommendations to senior management regarding an organisation’s financial direction.
- Ensuring organisational compliance with related financial and accounting laws and guidelines.
- Arrange financial statements for key shareholders.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems with our organisation.
- Financial and taxation advice.
- Evaluate financial risk and cash flow for capital projects.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Account Management or relevant field.
Work experience
- 7+years of experience in financial/accountant management
Skills
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Expertise in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to supervise other employees as required.
- Good time management skills.
