A thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, Commonwealth government processes, commercial property management fundamentals and terminology.
Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.
Market leading client relationship management experience.
Strong leadership experience with a track record in building and managing high performing teams.
Strong financial acumen.
Strong Excel skills.
Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
