About the role:
We are currently looking for a Passionate Team Leader to join the team of one of our leading clients in the Construction Industry based in Morayfield QLD.
Key Professional Skills and Qualifications (desirable):
Solid construction supervision experience in small, medium to large, domestic and commercial construction repairs.
Proven skills in construction estimating for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties.
Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, trades and suppliers.
Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements.
Ability to interpret plans and engineers drawings.
Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
Experience in the insurance repair industry is highly advantageous.
Key Attributes:
Leadership experience with people mentoring
Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with both internal and external
