We, The Trustee for Mahagamage Family Trust ABN: 49 582 781 853, trading as ParagonIT Pty. Ltd., specialise in managing and delivering effective IT solutions to clients and we are looking for the right individual to join our team!
In your role as ICT Business Analyst, you will be expected to perform the following duties
and responsibilities:

- Perform a project management function by using best practice methods and techniques to develop project plans by establishing cost and resource specifications.
- Implement dynamic and structural plans in organisational areas, which resulted in the
delivery of projects & program outcomes.
- Use available data to thoroughly analyse existing business policies, procedures and
processes.
- Collaborate with users to create, document and identify existing workflows and business processes.
- Liaising with ICT and executive sectors to upscale the quality of IT services and to analyse business needs.
- Investigate and evaluate inefficiencies identified in the analysis and make recommendations based on data to facilitate management in decision-making.
- Familiarisation with project management methodologies and updated techniques for the outstanding development of project plans.
- Ensure actions to improve system functionality or improve processes are executed by standards from initial set-up to process implementation.
- Perform system testing to ensure system integrity and quality as per expectations.
- Navigating the end-user with enhanced systems and links between stakeholders
- Create precise system specifications for the design and development of system software by creating system models, diagrams, specifications charts, etc., to provide direction to developers.
- Provide high-quality documentation, ensure organisational compliance, and develop functional and task specification platforms that meet organisational requirements.
- Implement strategies to upscale and upgrade systems in administrative areas for a sustainable outcome with follow-up schemes.
- Create both user and training documentation and work with users to propose and develop functional specifications and technical solutions for use by the development team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualification.

Experience:

- Relevant Industry experience relating to enterprise-level experience in business analysis and project management.

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to ensure that business needs are met and to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including executives.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops and discussions with stakeholders and to act as the juncture between the Project Management, technical specialists, customers and external entities for accurate and timely identification and communication of business needs and the clarification of issues and uplifting the service, introducing standardised, updated techniques.
- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.
- Coding experience in Asp .NET and SQL skills will be an added advantage.
- Experience in NetSuite implementation or Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding and vast knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience collaborating with various business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in using project management tools in Autotask and Salesforce.
- Skilled with designing and delivering quality business outcomes in complex technical projects, working across the entire project lifecycle from initiation to go-live.
- Competent knowledge of horticulture and electrical industry preferred.

PERFORMANCE GOALS:
- Deliver quality information management outcomes using contemporary digital solutions, focusing on simplicity and sustainability while embracing the agile mindset.
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders and vendors, supporting the Project Manager to ensure successful outcomes.
- Research, requirement gathering and analysis, gap analysis, preparation and presentation of requirements for new products, product enhancements, new features, and development of proofs-of-concept.
- Actively participate in the design, development, QA, and documentation of new product releases and manage the requirements and design patterns.
- Provide product/domain expertise and creativity and share knowledge internally and
externally.

Job Type: Full-time and permanent

Salary: AUD$70,000 plus superannuation + AUD$6,000 allowance
