About the role:
As a Ministerial Complaints / Compliance Officer, you will communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries. In addition, key duties include:
Managing complaints coming into the agency
Assessing, recording, resolving and referring as required
Managing escalated complaints and working to strict deadlines
Drafting and sending high quality written correspondence
Coordinating correspondence, briefing and reporting functions
About you:
Previous experience in a complaints, compliance, or dispute resolution roles
Background working in Ministry Offices and Parliamentary Branch within Government will be highly regarded
Ability to manage a high caseload of work, meet deadlines and prioritise
