The Role
Reporting into the Property Accounting Finance Manager, your role will include:
-preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end property reporting including financial and statistical information for budgets and forecasts
-full ownership of accounting for the portfolio including tax implications
-maintenance and ownership of the property system (MRI) including review and sign off of property and lease data
-ensure accuracy and timely billing to tenants including working with the Property Manager on outstanding collections
-develop and maintain system, processes and procedures relating to property performance
The Person
You will ideally be CA/CPA qualified or near completion of these qualifications and have 3-5 years of experience working in a property accounting role, ideally with an MRI or Yardi systems experience.
