Your role Manage, integrate, monitor and improve business services across MAIS-Q and lead the delivery of projects and actions that drive the development and implementation of enabling strategies and plans, ensuring business continuity, governance and access that meet the agency needs now and into the future, ensuring programs of work are evaluated using robust benefits realisation and lessons learned.
Lead the delivery of a range of business services and operational quality improvement projects/ initiatives, providing leadership and learning opportunities for team members, including cadets and interns, as a pipeline area for MAIS-Q future workforce, whilst developing and maintaining a safe, secure and positive work environment for all.
Ensure all necessary business services roles and responsibilities are implemented to achieve and ensure effective and efficient operational service delivery outcomes with consideration to Work Safety and Wellbeing and workplace rehabilitation and security needs.
