We are looking for someone to pay a key role in the hotel, our Assistant Manager ensures the smooth operation of the business across all departments and enhances the quality of our guest service. The perfect candidate will be great at managing their time, remain cool under pressure and ensure the team is always having fun!
Specific duties include:
- Oversee and support the daily operations of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager
- A driver of guest satisfaction and loyalty recruitment
- Challenge the status quo and continue to grow and innovate in the superior service of our guests
- Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive
- Ensuring that each team member feels valued whilst providing guidance and supporting their learning & development
- Actively resolving guest requests, complaints and challenges
- Be responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and team members
