Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to spearhead the marketing and stakeholder relationships for Bumble Bee Residence, a new provider within the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) sector. This role will be pivotal in driving brand recognition, occupancy rates, and overall success for the business within the market.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
1. Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement advertising policies and campaigns to support the letting of each residence as they become available for occupancy.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio managers and executives to ensure monthly rental targets are achieved by devising tailored campaigns for each project.
3. Campaign Coordination: Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns, including specialized activities such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, video production, and media placement, within specified budget and project timeframes. Drawing on skills and experience for campaigns within the SDA sector.
4. Market Research: Research market demands and needs, collect and analyse data to ensure residences remain competitive in the market. Targeted towards SDA sector.
5. Business Growth: Support business growth through the preparation and management of marketing objectives and projects, coordinating market research to identify opportunities for new and existing SDA accommodations.
6. Investor relationships: Manage overall communication with financial stakeholders including preparing information memorandum, presentations and overall reporting.
Skills/Experience Required
1. Marketing Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing for property development and asset management. Alternatively, 5+ years specialised experience, plus relevant marketing degree.
2. Disability Sector Understanding: In depth understanding of Disability Insurance Schemes with a focus on SDA programs.
3. Financial Acumen: Ability to contribute to ongoing capital growth and sustainable property income over the long term. 5+ years’ experience normally required to contribute in this area.
4. Occupancy Goals: Commitment to accommodating at least 100 Participants.
5. Financial Target: Focus and development of marketing strategies to support-targeted Internal Rates of Return (IRR) per annum over 5 years.
6. Community Building: Work closely with stakeholders to build communities, fostering a sense of belonging, independence, and safety among residents. Community property management considered a significant asset.
7. Digital Marketing Proficiency: Proficient in PPC, SEO, and website analytics to optimize digital marketing campaigns and increase occupancy levels.
8. Market Analysis: Ability to identify market opportunities and advise on pricing and promotion strategies for accommodations across various regions.
