About the role
As a Claims Manager, you will be a valuable member of a close-knit team, reporting directly to the Claims Team Leader. Your role will involve managing the entire process from lodgement to settlement for a portfolio of claims, focusing on Heavy Motor and Commercial Claims.
Lodgement to settlement management of all claims
Liaise with Brokers, Insurers, Clients and other stakeholders to provide updates on claims status's.
Analyse claims to identify trends, assess risks, and develop strategies to improve claims management processes.
Correspond to all emails in an efficient and timely manner.
Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
Actively adhere to GICOP guidelines.
Key Requirements For Success - maximum 6 dot points
Tier 2/Tier 1/Cert IV in General Insurance (desirable)
Previous experience in a claim?s role with Heavy Motor or Commercial claims
