Momento Hospitality About the Role The Silverwater Hotel boasts an energetic and dedicated leadership team who are looking for experienced Duty Managers across our busy venues to work directly with the GM and Licensee.   We require people who are passionate about food, customer service and who has the skills to manage a shift juggling the needs of staff, patrons and the business (working weekends, and nights comes with the territory). You will be working one on one with the General Manager and the Leadership team to set and achieve the financial and organisational objectives of the Venue. Your Tasks and Duties Include Managing venue ambience Providing outstanding customer service to all guests  Ensure a friendly, tidy, appealing and safe environment for all customers Supervision of all venue staff ensuring work standards are followed and all service staff are productive and fully utilised at all times Ensure house policies and procedures are followed and in accordance with any legislative requirements Assist with the training of new staff in line with induction, training guidelines and standard operating procedures Promote the business and function services to potential clients Ensure cash policies and procedures are followed on shift including but not limited to banking, safe and till balances, counting and accurately entering figures in the database Rostering and wage management as required What You'll Need to be Successful Experience in a similar role in a high volume, fast-paced hospitality venue. The ability to lead and inspire action from others. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Excellent product knowledge, across all departments. Food, Beverage, TAB and Gaming. Excellent understanding of all facets of Hotel Management, including compliance, rosters/labour management, safety and stock control. Current RSA, RCG and First Aid certifications are essential.
