Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in leading high performing marketing teams
Planning and measuring large marketing budgets including attribution modelling
Ability to supervise and motivate staff in order to achieve goals.
Ability to derive insights from complex data sets to recommend improvements to business operations.
Demonstrated promotional and campaign execution skills, including the ability to conceptualise and implement successful marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Experience working in a highly regulated industry, desirable
Experience in sport or racing with an understanding of wagering, desirable
