We are seeking a talented Dynamics F&O Finance Functional Consultant to join this high performing team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to support our clients' financial processes. As a crucial member of our implementation team, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, configure Dynamics F&O to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to align with clients' financial requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Dynamics F&O functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements related to finance and accounting processes.
• Work to enable finance effectiveness objectives using Dynamics D365 F&O
• Identify system gaps, and where required prepare functional design documentation
• Work with key stakeholders to deliver key business objectives
• Assist the with data migrations and mapping exercises
• Work with Developers and assist with Data Integration designs and testing between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Define finance report designs, business processes, AS-IS and TO-BE Processes.
• Align stakeholders around ERP solution and enhancement requests

Ideally you will have:
• Around 5 years' experience as an D365 Finance consultant
• Strong functional expertise in finance and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Dynamics F&O projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Experience with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities in Dynamics F&O projects.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are highly desirable.
• Must have Australian PR or citizenship as part of the job.
