Job Description
This role provides commercial support to the Head of Finance and Foodservice & Export team across the following main areas:
Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting;
Financial analysis and month-end reporting;
Financial modelling, calculation of financial outcome under different scenarios;
Process improvement and business insights
Responsibilities:
Assisting in completion of monthly financial forecast/ budgeting cycle, including engaging with the key stakeholders to ensure the Sales Plan is accurately recorded in the financial system with the following key areas of focus:
Mix: engaging with the Sales Team and Demand Planners to ensure volume/mix is correctly captured within distribution channels and product categories; providing insights to key variances versus the Budget and comparable periods;
Pricing/COGS: ensuring all rates in the financial forecast are up to date and engaging with the relevant teams to action system corrections as required;
