About the Role:
As a Solar Customer Solutions Analyst, you will help customers navigate the evolving solar energy landscape by identifying and resolving issues through data analysis, developing communication strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance compliance across the solar industry. Your insights and actions will drive improvements in customer outcomes and support the clean energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for tracking and measuring key solar customer metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to solar installations. Continuously evaluate and refine monitoring and rectification processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitor and analyse customer solar uptime, loss of export capability, and other key customer outcomes across different customer segments, solution types, and service providers.
Establish business rules and standards for triggering customer communications and escalating problems with industry participants.
