Qualifications & experience
Proven experience as a Chef preferably in Mexican cuisine.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary trends
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Tasks & responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality Mexican food with precision and attention to detail
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining sanitation standards
Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation
Ensure consistency and quality in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, daily specials, and promotions that showcase the diversity of Mexican cuisine
