Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, the successful candidate will have:
Previous experience with CAT Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (793F Haul Trucks, D11 & D10 Dozers, 16 & 18M Graders)
Demonstrated experience in leading a maintenance team in a frontline supervisory capacity.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills including time management.
Flexible / adaptable work style to be able to work within changing environments and work requirements
