Taco Technologies [ABN: 75 629 286 700] located in Alexandria NSW, is a well-established organisation that is adopting a new ERP system and seeking a product expert to oversee the implementation. Our unique partnerships mean our systems interact with our customers buying platforms, and so this role will be ongoing and adaptive to market needs.
We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Engineer to join our team.
This exciting role will see you working closely with multiple teams across Product, Tech Services and Senior Management to provide technical experience and guidance for process improvement and diagnoses.
Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyse, review relevant systems, data and documentation
Solution Design and development for our products
Develop support procedures
Analyse, evaluate and diagnose technical issues
Basic BA Requirements Gathering
Cyber Security and Bug Reporting
Ensure other team members adhere to Company Standards for tickets and implementations
Perform Advanced Implementations
Requirements Gathering for Development
Script Creation
Stakeholder Engagement to ensure awareness and awareness of protocols and quality control issues
Advanced Ticket Handling and escalations management
Develop and provide technical guidance on relevant procedures and protocols
Implementation Checklist Review and Management
Standard Implementations of Products
Advanced Projects (Coordinator) Management
Supplier Ticket Creation
Perform Basic Installations of our products
Log Analysis
Implementation Checklist creation
Ticket Triage and management
Configuration of PaperCut MF and Cilantro
Test, identify and diagnose functionality errors per company guidelines and quality standards to ensure adherence to specification
Prepare Reports on Tickets for Partners
Post Implementation and Partner Onboarding Follow Up
Review technical documentation and systems review, providing recommendations as required
The successful candidate will have:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification or equivalent industry experience
Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well as part of a small team & be a team player
Professional and courteous communication skills
Willingness to undertake professional development / self-learning to ensure understanding of changing technology trends
Ability to design hardware circuit solutions to AUS/NZ standards
Our office is located in Sydney close to transport links. Flexible WFH options are available however at least 2 - 3 days in the office per week is an important component of the team culture.
Salary: Minimum AUD $75-$80K per year plus
Superannuation
Job Type: Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g.
citizen, permanent resident)
