The Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our clientele within the household, cable, and renewable service sectors. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying and seizing business opportunities, building and sustaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our sales in the targeted sectors.

About You

We are seeking someone with the following skills/experience:
• Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering or Engineering degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Sales in technical service or renewable industry.
• Experience and understand SAP and Sales Force will be beneficial.
• People person, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be proactive and able to self-manage your time and priorities.
• Multi-tasking and Resilience
• Able to work in fast pace and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in TIC (testing, inspection and certification) industry would be a strong advantage.

The Role and Key Accountabilities

You will report to the Manager and be responsible for duties including:

Achieving the Sales Targets:
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts every beginning of the month and during Monthly Sales Meeting.
Sales Force Management
• Record and maintain all leads, that comes from Eloqua, Incoming call, info e-mail and other source in the sales force within 2 x 24 hrs.
• Record all quotations created in Sales Force no longer than 4 days from the quotation creation date.
• Maintain and update all Project progress and Opportunities (converted leads) in Sales Force and report the progress to Manager every end of the week.
Compass & SAP Management
• Invest time in self-study on how Compass, SAP and Quotation Process and other supported administration works.
• Create every Project in Compass and update the project status timely.
• Create Quotation and other commercial part required in the system provided according to the company guidance and requirement and send to customer no longer than 2 x 24hrs after all data obtained.
Client Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their requirements.
• Create customer call list and frequently call customer to follow-up the current and on-going queries.
• Answer queries from customer within 2x 24hrs
• Visit existing and potential customers within responsible area frequently and report the result to respective Manager.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to develop and promote the services in respective department.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relation and collaboration with other TUV’s Sales and Engineers around the word for to perform cross selling and to provide service that can’t deliver in-house.


Customer Service:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Support in collection of unpaid / overdue customer’s invoice for customers which s(he) is responsible.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, sales opportunities, and competitor analysis within the targeted sectors.
• Develop strategies to penetrate and establish a presence in untapped markets.
• Contribute to yearly Sales Plan
Development the new business:
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the household, cable, and renewable service sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the targeted sectors.

Successful candidate

Successful candidate will go through 6 months’ probation period with 2 phase assessments. The fist assessment will be after completion of first 3rd-month probation, in which candidate will be expected to comprehend following skills and contribution:
• Sales Force
• Compass, SAP, and Quotation Creation and other Processes and other part of commercial documentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of TUV Rheinland Scope and Services
• TUV Rheinland Sales and Marketing Business Process.

By the end of 6th month, the candidate will be expected to comprehend following skills and contribution:

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Sales Team, Project leaders, engineers, colleagues and TUV affiliate PIC in another region.
• A proficient understanding of and ability to identify trends in Technical Inspection and Certification,
• Demonstrated knowledge of TUV Rheinland customers including ideas to build new potential business.
• A demonstrated and ongoing interest and passion in achieving the Monthly and Yearly Sales Target, provide service required to customer within the required time frame ad finding new customer.
