Job description:
-Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
-Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage passive candidates for current and future job openings.
-Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent networks to meet current and future hiring demands.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes, optimise workflows, and enhance the candidate experience.
-Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practises, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
-Track and analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Attributes:
-Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualification.
-Must possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
-Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment and sourcing.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work as part of a team and autonomously with minimal supervision.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
