About the role As a Facilities Officer you'll oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our facilities. Bring your attention to detail and coordination skills to ensure our spaces meet regulatory standards and provide a welcoming environment for all.' Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Maintain fully functional and well-presented TUH properties.
Respond to internal facility support requests.
Coordinate and schedule facilities activities.
Liaise with vendors for cost-effective service delivery.
Manage security systems and oversee maintenance checks.
Work EnvironmentÂ
This position may involve limited:
Work in awkward positions.
Flexibility in hours and work conditions.
On-call availability (a work phone will be provided for work use) & occasional weekend work.
