About the position
We are looking for a Project development manager to support and oversee company projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing target properties and prepare business plans
- Tendering for the building, renovation work and repairs
- Coordinating teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure cost effective delivery
- Communicate with all stakeholders and authorities, resolving issues, and coordinating various tasks as required for the successful management of projects
About You:
- Demonstrated, recent experience managing and delivering commercial building projects
- Experience managing and coordinating planning proposals, master planning, feasibility, DA approvals, conservation management plans, business case and consultant management
- Excellent established communication and people skills, including team management, negotiation and conflict resolution, and experience in managing effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Technical knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Demonstrated experience managing safety, regulatory and security aspects in residential and commercial building projects
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline such as Building/Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering
- Current drivers’ license
