Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure ? HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS
Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
A minimum of 5 - 10 years project management experience, preferably gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
