We are seeking skilled and experienced FIFO chefs to join a well-established, 100% Australian owned Catering and Facilities Provider. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality meals to the mine site staff, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
Position Overview:
You?ll be required to work shifts across breakfast, dinner and crib being the forefront of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will assist in preparing and cooking for the various meals and functions that happen at the village during your swing.
What you will need:
Proven experience working as a chef in a remote camp/mine site.
Certificate III ? Commercial Cookery
Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations with knowledge of HACCP principles
Flexibility to work on a rotational basis, 2 weeks on, 1 week off
