Benefits Salary: $70,000 -$75,000 plus superannuation Location:Mundubbera QLD 4626 Position-Full Time- Permanent Task & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities Supervising security arrangements, garden, and property maintenance Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities Observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and security measures with guests, staff, and property in mind Addressing and finding solutions to operational issues and challenges Managing the bar and restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring exceptional customer service Providing mentorship and guidance to empower teams in developing their expertise and personal growth Qualification & Experience Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality or related field Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role About Company Mundubbera Motel is a family-owned and operated motel that provides clean, spacious, modern, and well-appointed 20 rooms.
