We have an opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Production Supervisor to join our Tip Top Team based at our site in Capalaba. Reporting to the Site Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing activities within the production facility ensuring that our products are made within specification in a safe, efficient manner utilising optimal levels of human resource and materials, and minimising waste.
Purpose of the Role
Manage clear expectations for the team, provide appropriate resources and tools to get the job done, along with high support and high challenge
Consistently provide open and honest, candid feedback ?in the moment', recognising people for doing great work, and addressing performance issues
