Hanson are seeking a HR Agitator Driver / Batcher (Concrete Plant Operator) to join our team in Biloela Concrete Plant . We are looking for people who are passionate about safety, results focused and have a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. These are full time roles, Monday to Friday, requiring early starts and late finishes. Overtime will be available in accordance with business needs, including rostered Saturday work.

Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment.
Occasionally travel between Biloela and Moura
Loading and delivery of concrete to our customers
Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck.
General concrete plant maintenance
Batch concrete in our plant (training provided).
