Employment Opportunity The Commercial and Copyright Law Branch (CCLB) and Courts and Tribunals Branch (CTB) are looking to fill a number of vacancies on an ongoing and non-ongoing basis, from APS level 5 to Executive Level 2. CCLB has responsibility for a broad range of issues, including copyright (domestic policy and law reform, artificial intelligence (AI) and international engagement), private international law, bankruptcy and personal property securities reform, and modernising document processes - including facilitative legislation to enable paperless trade. CTB is responsible for a range of policy matters relating to the federal courts including evidence, legal professional privilege, persona designate and court jurisdiction.
