About the Company:
This renowned Venue, nestled in the Shopping center is a celebration of exquisite flavors, warm hospitality, and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience. As we continue to be a culinary destination, we are searching for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and elevate the guest experience.

About the Role:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the establishment. Your passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the success and reputation of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for all daily operations of the restaurant inclusive of financial reporting, compliance, staff training, maintaining, and creating exceptional customer relationships and being a true professional and face of the business.

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
• Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Skills & Qualification:
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers.
• Cooperation and teamworking skills
• The ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.
• The ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good business awareness for achieving successful performance.
• AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma required in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience, or 3 years' experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
