Main Responsibilities
Monthly payment
Prepare monthly payments (collecting and managing invoices and arranging payments from the corporate bank account)
Bookkeeping and book closing
Guide and review outsourcing contractor staff to prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports (monthly and annually)
Compile and present reports to Tokyo HQ and Singapore office
Handle tasks related to federal government reporting requirements
Financing
Financial management - Manage bank and loan balance and present reports to Tokyo HQ - Support developing financing plans for short/long term loans and project loans
Loan execution support - Support establishment/ renewal of bank loan facility, and execution of loan
Requirements:
Japanese speaker-Above Business Level
A few years of Accounting experience or graduated Accounting degree
Visa holder of Permanent resident, Partner Visa, Australian citizen, Graduate Visa
No working holiday or Student visa applicant due to Perm position
