Role Overview:
PFG Money is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand and expand our reach across Australia. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our customers. By collaborating with our extensive network of agents and our sales team, you'll have a direct hand in shaping our market presence and driving growth. Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and live event channels, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
• Conduct detailed market research and customer surveys to gather insights, driving product innovation and enhancing service offerings.
• Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
• Provide expert advice on product positioning, pricing strategies, advertising initiatives, and distribution channels to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies are both innovative and compliant with current standards.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Proven track record as a Marketing Specialist, ideally with experience in industries serving migrant communities.
