Your new role As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strategising, managing, and executing our paid digital marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on generating new business enquiries and leads for our childcare centres and recruitment vacancies. This includes driving traffic, optimising performance, managing budgets, and analysing ROI. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and improving the quality of our organic content across various social media platforms. What you'll need to succeed
A degree in marketing and/or communications or equivalent work experience
3-5 years' experience within a digital paid ad role with experience at a digital agency
Experience across Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram Ads working with multiple clients at the same time
Excellent communication, relationship building, and organisational skills
High-level computer literacy and application of Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage several projects at one time
Flexibility and willingness to adapt within a constantly changing work environment
Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad Manager, YouTube Studio, Facebook Ad Manager, DataStudio, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) What you'll get in return
