You will make and receive calls from new and existing customers all over Australia, and discuss their energy services. We will teach you everything you need to know about being a call centre representatives and how we are connecting with customers Australia wide.
Overview
- This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week with shifts Monday – Saturday
- You will be required to work 1 Saturday each month - you then get a day off in the week to substitute this
- Our hours of operation are 5am - 3pm with daylight savings and will move to 6 - 4pm post DST
- The position is based in our Head office in Perth. Please note this role is only open to candidates based in WA who are able to attend the office.
- Fully, paid training will be provided
- Once probation is passed, you will move to a hybrid work model, working from home and in the office
What incentive can you achieve?
- Team members are taking home on average between $200 - $500 in commission per fortnight on top of their base salary!
