We are currently seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join our friendly team on a Full Time basis. Working closely with the Catering Manager, your passion will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
Preparing nutritious and delicious meals according to menus, dietary requirements and preferences
Ensuring meals are presented to the highest standard
Working closely with the Catering Manager to develop new and exciting menu items
Adhering to Health and Safety protocols and Food Safety Programs
Accurate record keeping
What we are looking for:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience in Aged Care, Health Services or Catering beneficial
A collaborative team player with a passion for making a difference
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible availability including mornings and afternoons
