We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and clients. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Located close to public transport Pay rate $30.10 per hour Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person and providing accurate and timely information or assistance.
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively answer questions and provide recommendations or solutions to customers.
Providing support to the sales team by answering product-related questions, assisting with order processing, and following up on leads or inquiries.
