We are looking for someone to bring their Property Management skills and experience to the table and contribute to our motivated team. Our ideal candidate also upholds a professional approach to their work and wants to build a long-lasting career in Property Management with Place. Key responsibilities:
Take ownership of and manage your own portfolio!
Participate in the end-to-end process including, but not limited to, ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports and routine inspections.
Ensure legislative requirements are met and upheld.
No Trust Accounting required.
