Our busy clinics in the Greater Western Sydney region are looking for Contact Centre Representatives to join their newly created team based in Castle Hill, Westmead and Marsden Park.
Your role will be a combination of handling a high-volume of inbound calls and supporting with online appointments, ensuring patients have a smooth and positive bookings experience for their diagnostic procedures.
We have the flexibility for full-time and part-time roles. You will be required to be available for 7.6 hour shifts between the times of 7:15AM to 5:15PM . Minimum
