Your New Role
As the Office Manager / Facilities Manager, you'll manage the North Sydney and Newcastle offices and lead a team of two administrators. This full-time role runs from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and is perfect for someone with experience in Office Management, Facilities Management, and Purchasing.
Your New Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth work flow.
Coordinate maintenance, security, and compliance for office facilities.
Handle procurement of goods and services, and manage budget and expenses.
Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies and equipment.
Facilitate effective communication between staff and external vendors.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

About You


Experience as an Office Manager or Facilities Manager is essential.
Proven track record in managing a team and people management.
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
