Business Support Officer, Queensland Health

The role: This essential role operates in a dynamic, demanding and complex environment and is required to support a high volume of both proactive and reactive requests while providing timely, thorough and accurate advice, and coordinating the delivery of branch activities including administrative, financial, human resource and business management services. In addition to this you will be responsible for:  Coordinate and support standard business and administrative procedures ensuring systems are effectively communicated and applied across the branch. Ensure that significant issues or events, often of a confidential and sensitive political nature, are managed effectively, determining the extent to which matters should be escalated and collaborating with the most appropriate groups and resources internal and external to achieve required outcomes.
