The Finance team at Lendi Group comprises Financial Reporting, Financial Operations and Business Partnering professionals with a common mission to build the leading modern finance team. What you will do:
- Lead by example as a key member of the Business Partnering team
- Be the subject matter expert and go-to contact across functional areas
- Responsible for monthly results including analytical commentary
- Develop modelling capability within Anaplan and support further business adoption
- Coordination and delivery of the annual Budget, periodic forecasts, and input into Board reporting
- Monitor business and cost trends, and provide insightful financial and commercial insights to enable strategic and operational decisions
- Identify opportunities focused on process improvement, leveraging technology to improve reporting.
- Partner with the financial reporting and operations team and contribute to overall financial control
- Role model best practices in risk culture in all our processes
