About the role
The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager of the Emergency Department to foster clinical governance, operational leadership, standards of practice and a positive culture that promotes lifelong learning, workforce development and research to achieve best practice consumer/person outcomes.
