The Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park are looking for an experienced senior human resources professional to take on the role of Director of Talent and Culture to join the Executive Team.
As the Director of Talent and Culture, you will partner with the business to develop and embed successful HR solutions. You will play an important role in leading and coaching our Talent and Culture Advisor, in addition to building the capabilities across our leadership team.
What you will be doing
- Overseeing the entire Talent & Culture function with a hands on approach
- Developing and implementing a strategic Talent and Culture plan for the Hotels
- Providing of advice and support to department managers
- Participating strategically in the team engagement action plan
- Managing industrial relations, ensuring legislative compliance and best practices are met.
- Leading and fostering talent development
